For Ontario casinos, OLG runs a self-exclusion program called My PlayBreak. A casino break may last 3 or 6 months; longer terms run from 1 to 5 years. Throughout that term, entry to every Ontario casino is barred, and the break cannot be ended early. Staff at a casino can handle enrolment, and so can the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098.
The casino on Joseph Drive applies its own rule as well. Guests trespassed or self-excluded, whether from this casino or any other Ontario gaming property, may not visit.
